Urge Candidates to Answer Climate Questions at the Upcoming Debates

On June 26 and 27, twenty Democratic presidential candidates will gather in Miami, where sea level rise from global warming poses an imminent threat, to debate the future of our country, our planet, and our democracy.

This debate is an important chance to push the presidential candidates to lay out their plans for reining in greenhouse gas emissions and averting the worst consequences of global warming.

The best way to contact the debate moderators is via Twitter because this is a public forum where other people who care about this issue can see that you want to get the candidates on the record about climate change.

The Union of Concerned Scientists has set up an easy link to tweet the debate moderators.

If you’re not on Twitter, you can use this link to send an email to the debate moderators! Be sure to put in your own name and email address!!
